Chemex
Bigger vessel. Cleaner cup.

A Chemex is a V60 that grew up. Same pour-over logic, thicker paper, more forgiving draw-down. What you get in exchange for a slower brew is a cup with almost nothing to hide behind — bright, clean, tea-like.
The filter is the whole trick. It is twice the weight of a standard paper cone, which means it holds back more oils and fines. Rinse it well, or the first sip tastes like a library.
Good for two people, a lazy weekend, or any coffee you want to hear clearly.
