Where we ship

We ship across Vietnam.

Roasted to order

Every order is roasted after you place it. Orders ship within 2–3 business days of roasting.

Delivery

We deliver by GHN or J&T. Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch. A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

Shipping cost

A flat fee of 30 000 VND applies. Shipping is free on orders of 500 000 VND and above.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow your chosen cadence and are roasted and shipped on the same schedule.

Returns

Coffee is a fresh food product, so we cannot accept returns once a bag has been opened. If your order arrives wrong or damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
