Payments

How do I pay?

All orders on lot-23.com are processed through 2C2P by Antom, our Vietnam-registered payment partner. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, VietQR, MoMo, ZaloPay, and ShopeePay.

Card details never touch our servers. Payment is completed on 2C2P's PCI-DSS Level 1 environment, then you return to your order confirmation.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted, PCI-DSS certified, and 3D-Secure authenticated where the issuer requires it.

Subscriptions — Monthly Reserve

How does the Monthly Reserve work?

You pick a coffee, a grind, and a frequency. We roast it, we ship it. Charged monthly to the same card, no surprises. Pause, skip, swap, or cancel any time from your account.

Can I switch coffees between renewals?

Yes. Log in, choose your next lot, save. Change takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Vietnam only for now. Ho Chi Minh City same-day or next-day. Rest of Vietnam 2–4 business days via standard courier.

How fresh is the coffee?

Roasted to order, twice a week. Every bag ships within 48 hours of roast, dated on the label.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I return coffee?

Coffee is a perishable food product — we don't accept returns once shipped. But if something is wrong with your order, write to [email protected] within 7 days and we'll make it right.

How do I cancel a subscription?

My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel. Or email [email protected] — we'll do it for you.

Wholesale & Coffee Lab

Do you sell to cafés or wholesale?

Yes. HoReCa pouches (1 kg pro pack) available for espresso, hand brew, and phin rails. Contact us for the trade sheet.

Can I visit the Coffee Lab?

Yes. We're at BLOQ Thảo Điền, Ho Chi Minh City. Book a tasting flight via lot-23.com/visitus.
