Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we accept it and payment is taken. Our coffee is roasted to order, so each order is prepared for you after it is placed.

Prices

All prices are shown in Vietnamese đồng (VND) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change over time, and we may correct obvious pricing errors before an order ships.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. You can skip or cancel up to two weeks before a cycle from your account.

Availability

Some coffees are limited micro-lots. If a lot sells out after you order, we will contact you to substitute a comparable coffee or issue a refund.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
